About us

Nett Positive is a boutique ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and Investor Relations (IR) advisory firm, established in July 2022.

We provide a range of tailored services that help corporate clients communicate effectively with stakeholders, integrate ESG into business strategy and their investment case enabling access sustainable sources of capital. Yuraisha Moodley (founder) is a seasoned Investor Relations and ESG reporting specialist with over 17 years of experience at top-tier JSE Top 40 and STOXX 50 AEX-listed companies. She has proven expertise in telecommunications, consumer internet, and mining sectors, with a strong track record of building and leading investor relations programmes across Africa and globally.
